YAN Tao's Biography:

YAN Tao is an associate professor with the School of Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science, Jiangnan University, China. He obtained dual Ph.D. degrees in computer science from the University of Science and Technology of China in 2013 and the City University of Hong Kong in 2014. He once worked as a senior research engineer at Baidu Inc.

His research interests center on stereo vision, light field image processing, image restoration, detection and segmentation, deep learning and vision foundation models. He also focuses on AI for Healthcare, AI for industry and surveillance. He has published more than 40 papers on IEEE TPAMI/TIP/TCSVT/ TCI/TCE/TFS, IJCV, KBS, AAAI, etc.

He has served as a reviewer for IEEE TPAMI/TIP/TCSVT/TMM/TNNLS/TCI/TCE/TVCG/TITS/JSTSP, IJCV, KBS, CVPR, ICCV, AAAI, etc. He is a member of IEEE, CCF, CAAI and CSIG.
